We are looking for keen and enthusiastic Support professionals to join the Technical Helpdesk in a market leading employee management solutions company based in the Greater Toronto Area. You need to be highly customer focused and be able to remain calm under pressure.We are offering the opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team of technical experts providing class-leading support. This is mainly done over the phone so an excellent phone manner and a friendly character is essential. The emphasis in our team is very much on the resolution of problems.
As a 1st line technical analyst you will start on a competitive salary which will increase based on your performance, enthusiasm and ever-increasing knowledge. The package includes medical cover, along with an industry leading vacation allowance.
We don't expect you to know everything so we'll give you training on our products from day one and the training will be ongoing. You need the enthusiasm to get stuck in and learn how to use the software.
To get in the door you need to be able to show a history of technical support provision as well as demonstrating how important it is to provide truly excellent customer service. We need to see that you've supported a range of Windows OS and database experience would be useful too. Experience of support by remote access would be an advantage.
If you have previous experience supporting or even using the following types of software Time and Attendance - Payroll - HR this can be a great advantage, but is not essential.
